No sound

No sound in my app on ipad, works on iphone. Ive checked all settings, deleted and re-downloaded, etc. I e-mailed support 4 weeks ago and have not yet received reply, so my review gets posted. Sad that they take my money for a defective product and theres no recourse. Thats why Im reluctant to purchase apps for more than a dollar or 2.
